# Ftp도 tls1.3을 지원한다면 좋을 것 같습니다

간이나스에서 503 오류가 계속 떠서 TLS를 꺼보았더니 잘되네요  
TLS 버전 차이가 원인인걸로 확인됐는데

혹시 기술적 문제가 달리 있나요

안녕하세요, @momento.mori 님.

FTPS에서 TLS 1.3을 지원하고 있습니다.  
주소 앞에 보안마크 체크해서 FTPS로 변경해서 확인해보셔야 합니다.  
다른 문제가 있을 수도 있으니,  
혹시 가능하다면 TLS를 켠 상태에서 서버쪽 로그를 보내주실 수 있으실가요?  
RaiDrive 로그(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log)와 서버 로그를 같이 이메일([support@raidrive.com](mailto:support@raidrive.com))로 보내주시면 확인 후 다시 말씀드리겠습니다.

아 FTPS로 해야 되는것이었군요  
FTPS로 하니 인증문제 없이 잘되네요
