# 로컬디스크가 자꾸 이동식 디스크로만 인식이 됩니다

Local Disk, Folder Mount 기능을 사용해서, 서버파일을 컴퓨터에 하드처럼 인식시키려고하는데요, 자꾸만 이동식 디스크로 떠서 원하는 방식으로 사용이 불가능합니다. 수정하는 방법이 있을까요??  
아참 그리고 레이드라이브 관련 고객센터 전화번호는 없는걸까요?

RaiDrive 내 드라이브 설정에서 폴더 마운트 기능을 사용하셨나요?  
혹은 드라이브를 Local Disk 기능으로 (Z:)로 만든 후, 폴더 마운트를 별도로 (RaiDrive를 사용하지 않고) 사용하셨나요?  
RaiDrive의 폴더 마운트 기능을 사용한 것이라면, 어떤 프로그램에서 이동식 디스크로 인식되는지 알려주시면 확인 후 다시 말씀드리겠습니다.

그리고 유선 고객센터는 따로 운영하고 있지 않습니다.
