# 레이드라이브안에서 문서파일 깨짐

현재 설정에서 NAS-\>FTP로 설정하여 사용중입니다.

문서파일 공유시 파일이 계속 깨지는 현상이 발생하는데 어떻게 해야하나요?

버전이 낮아서 그런걸까요?

오피스뿐아니라 .txt파일도 열었을 시 안에 내용이 전부 깨져있습니다.

정확한 현상 확일을 위해서는 로그파일(C:\ProgramData\OpenBoxLab\RaiDrive\log)이 필요합니다.  
로그파일을 이메일([support@raidrive.com](mailto:support@raidrive.com))로 보내주시면 확인 후 다시 말씀드리겠습니다.
